Whats worse than an applicator? Someone who thinks they are good at it but aren't. Dude you definatly need a cover up, sorry but that has no good qualities to it. Next time you get a tat you should seek out a professional or at least someone who knows what they are doing.
i have to agree. it does look quite bad. sorry...he's right though...you SHOULD cover it up. it looks like ur kid sister colored with permanent marker on you.
