I've always loved the idea of a tattoo being the only thing you can take to the grave, other than a cheesy suit.
I started getting piercings:
My first exposure to it was at Lolapolooza... I saw all these people with various peircings, and I just knew I had to have one. I went to get another beer, and came back with my nipple pierced.

I became an artist because:
I was that kid in school that could always draw well, so it was just a matter of time before my friends starting asking me to poke on them. From there, I went to art school, served some time in the corporate world working as an art director for various ad agencies. Until finally getting back to my roots.
