I have been doing some research about different tattoo studio's in Minnesota. I can't decide what place I wan to to goto seeing I'm new to this and I don't have the eye to spot really good tattoo's, but I know some of you guys on here do. So I was wandering if I post some websites for the studio's I'm thinking of going to you guys could take a look at the artist's work and maybe tell me who you think might be best. Oh I'm getting a is probably gonna be a tribal one, and I know some artist don't like doing them. I will worry about that later though. Right now just looking for the right artist.

Finding an artist to do tribal, as well as one who does good work is part of finding the right artist.

Find one you think does good work, and ask.
Find one who has some tribal work in their portfolio...

Its not hard to spot bad work... youll know.

The shops that you posted all look like they have quality artists. Anyone of them can bangout some tribal. best thing is go talk to them, Its not that some artists dont like to do them some wont do them. Some tribal can look real good if the right artist does it. Good luck and dont forget to post pictures afterwards.

did you not read the above?

there is little point picking a shop from the list for you if when you go there, the guys at the shop say they won't do tribal. call all of the shops, find out which artists will do it at all, then give us the revised list and we'll pick based on portfolio. until then, don't bother bugging us to do your legwork.
