|
|
Hi,I am an 18 year old girl who is ready to get her first tattoo. However I have run into some problems. I have placement issues.
At first i was set on getting the design on my wrist, however due to size and policy at work this is no longer an option.
So, hopefully someone from this site can give a few ideas on where this design will look good? I am thinking either the ankle or on the side of my ribs, a couple inches down from my breasts.
please remember, due to a policy at work, visible tattoo's are not allowed!
Here is the design: http://www.lvcpaaa.com/images/LaurelCrown2.jpg |

True, however I am not sure where it will look good. I'd love some opinions on where this laurel crown design would look good. |

Do you think side of my ribs, a couple inches under my boobs or on the hip would look better? I'm just worried that if I have a child it will distort and strech the image. |

Yes, having children does have the chance to distort any tattoo in your stomach/hip/side/lower back/chest area.
That said? I'd personally either get it lower hip or shoulder blade. Depends how much you wanna worry about distortion _________________ "I suppose the clock itself will wear thin its time before I am ended at this altar of dying and dying again" |

what about your lower back?
do you have your hair down at work? because having on the back of your neck is also a good spot.

I know girls who have small tattoos right below their armpit, next to their boob and it looks good there and is very easy to hide. Shows when you're in a bathing suit.
Also as far as the tattoo, I would reccomend doing that same design but maybe a little more detailed and elaborate. I don't know if it's that specific design that means something but what about putting something in the middle and making it unique.
Here is a Cadillac logo similar to your design and with an awesome twist to it. I wouldn't steal this whole idea but just use it as an idea.
Tattoo done by Tim Pangburn (Victim)
I love this tattoo, and love Cadillacs. So much better than just laying it on the skin flat and ordinary.

Yes I was hoping to talk to my artist and see if we can get to something with a bit more depth and intrest. I would like to keep that design, and not put anything in the middle due to the meaning.
That is my nest question, would it be possible to add depth and make the tattoo seem less flat? |

| What exactly is the meaning? And there are definitly ways to make it less flat, I just think it would help to add something to it |
