My mentor assigned me to write a paper about Roy Boy Cooper for my apprenticeship and I'm having a hell of a time finding information on his life and his part in the tattoo industry. Can anyone help me out or shoot me in the right direction. All I'm finding is his obituary with a brief paragraph about him. Please help!

Ask all the older tattoo artists in your shop and other shops.
