I have a sun and moon tattoo. The artist made the circle more oval on the sun, also the colors are not great! I know its a hard fix but I'm willing to do whatever it takes to fix it. I want to find a tattoo artist in Riverside County California or near there! Please let me know if anyone knows a good one on this general area.

there are dozens of great artists in Southern California. I don't know anything specific about Riverside County, but be willing to go bigger on a coverup tattoo and possibly be willing to travel to San Diego or similar if you want to get something really special.

This tattoo is on my stomach in the lower left part right next to my hip, its right the pub line lol sorry sounds funny to me. I'm pretty bummed I don't wanna cover it up
It is not overly apparent (that it is not a perfect circle) and most tattoos have little "glitches". I have 5 tattoos and can point out something about each one that I am not happy with or wished could be a bit better.baybe_sparkle wrote:This tattoo is on my stomach in the lower left part right next to my hip, its right the pub line lol sorry sounds funny to me. I am not sure an artist could do much to make it more circular, but they could certainly brighten up the colors and maybe put a bit more detail in it. But honestly, the more you do to it, the harder it will be to cover it up down the road. Here is what I would recommend:
1.) Expand on it and maybe add additional tattoos working up your rib cage to your side and even back. You can stick with the space/planet theme or make it varied. I have seen everything from Halloween themes to cupcakes, planets, animals, astrology, etc. I would probably stick with one theme though, like planets and celestial bodies. If you get some good work done it will completely detract from the amateurness of your current tattoo.
2.) Get a complete cover up.
Either way, search for a highly skilled artist!!! Go for the best, even if you have to travel. Research every tattoo shop within a 2 hour radius, look at all the artist portfolios, ask around, pick up some tattoo mags, etc. You are going to need a tattoo ARTIST, not just someone who can tattoo.

It's really hard to answer your poll question the way you phrased it. If I think my tattoo came out great, it takes me 4 hours to figure out which choice I want.
I've never met a woman who had a pub line. I'm intrigued...baybe_sparkle wrote:This tattoo is on my stomach in the lower left part right next to my hip, its right the pub line lol sorry sounds funny to me. I'm pretty bummed I don't wanna cover it up
