| Bearing in mind that everyone's skin is different, is there a general accepted time frame one should wait before putting sunscreen on a new tatt? aka.. number of weeks? |

i try to wait until it is entirely healed........6 weeks is about right for me,,,,, i really don't know that if would do any harm once the skin is no longer broken ???? _________________ white by birth ,,,, trash by choice |

| I would also say at least 6 weeks. I mean, really try to keep it out of direct sunlight for the first 2 months if possible. |

Yes, that would be best. They can actually burn pretty easily. I got a sunburn on mine 2 weeks out literally from doing yardwork for less than an hour. The skin is so new. |
