So I have a dozen extra flat panel monitors and some PCs. I'm trying to clean up my office. I have two boxes that I use extensively, but I want to setup another one or two machines to just cycle though my client sites, one to sit on my analytics page, etc. I ordered a 2x2 quad monitor mount, and now I'm trying to figure out the cheapest easiest way to feed these 4 monitors.
I've only ever spanned desktops on a laptop. I'm not doing anything performance related. Its really for monitoring pages, stats, and such. I leave/run different browsers to test compatibility of sites, etc.
So, is there a cheap 4 monitor solution, or can I add 2 double monitor cards, and does Win XP/7/?? support this? I have a couple relativity new Dell machines I can use. I'll use 2 machines If I have to. There will be very little input on these machines. I'll probably use a KVM minus the V to switch keyboard and mouse control.
If you know or have experience, I'd be interested.
