Hello!

I got my first tattoo 5 days ago and I dont regret getting the tattoo I got, but I regret going to the artist I did go to. In my opinion it did not turn out as on the picture I brought and it looks terrible.

Do you guys think its possible for a cover up on this tattoo? I plan on getting a full sleeve when I get the money for it.

Whats ur general thoughts about the tat?

Thanks.

Yes you could cover it up but it would turn out much better if you hit it with a laser a couple of times.
If you can find the right tattooist they may be able to rework that into more of what you want.

You should of come here 6 days ago asking about the choice of your tattooist. We could have saved you the pain, money and time of this tattoo. You should go kick the guy in the junk then demand your money back for that tattoo.

So you think its possible to cover it up? Also that picture is taken the day after the tattoo so it looks a bit brighter now but I still dont like it. I would really like to avoid a laser removal because the cost is high and I heard the pain is enormous.

The cost of GOOD laser sessions has come down and yes it hurts but it is for something that is there for the rest of your life way not make it the best you can?

I did check and a laser here in Norway for removal of the whole tattoo is $1600 unlimited sessions. However does it not leave ugly scars and does the tattoo get removed completely?

why would people get it if it left you scarred? no it does not unless you go to someone equivalent to your tattoo artist quality,i didn't know black-and grey tattoos get brighter as they heal either

You don't need unlimited sessions. Just a couple would liken that enough for a proper coverup. I find it hard to believe that Norway is far behind the time that there isn't somebody with proper modern laser equipment. You shouldn't scar when done properly. Do way more research in this than you did picking your tattooist.
