I just have to cover the bases on your ejection problem though. How familiar with shooting an automatic? The problem might simply be that you are "limp wristing" it. Grip your shooting wrist with your other hand tightly when shooting if the ejection problem goes away then you have a limp wrist problem. Easily fixed.
Another problem could be that you are using ammo the gun doesn't like, have you tried switching brands and types? Do they all have the same ejection failure rate?
Do you have more than 1 magazine? Do you have the same ejection failure rate with all your magazines?
What kind of ejection problem would speak volumes about what your problem is also. Is the casing staying in the chamber? Is it stovepiping?

No two different magazines. Its not stove piping Im not some limb wristed commie fucker its a 9mm for gods sake no the spent brass stays in the chamber(cambered)
Im thinking its not the ammo I bought a case and the first 100 rounds or so no problems then after that maybe one or two times in every 3 or 4 clips(15shots)

I'm thinking it's the ejector then, may be sticking or is weak, or worn down.
Also, clips go on paper, magazines go in guns.

Sphen, I don't know if that's good or bad. Not many people would ever admit it. 
And buttwheat, that SIG service plan doesn't sound too bad. At first it sounded like a "diagnostic fee" at an auto garage which is a ripoff but installation of night sights alone (if you like them) is worth it. And they also "detail" strip (as opposed to just a field strip) and clean the gun which very few casual gun owners do, as well as spring replacement to boot. Sounds pretty good to do for a used gun. |

Just a follow up on this. I got it back from Sig. Sphen was correct I Had 2 magazines with weak springs good as new now.I shot 300 rounds through it yesterday and it was flawless.
