Send the photos from your phone to your e-mail address, then save them to your hard drive from your e-mail. Get an account at photobucket, upload your pics to photobucket from your hard drive. Then post the "img" link on the forum and voila, picture.

I like flickr, if you have a yahoo account, you can sign up without having to give a bunch of personal info.
Photobucket has a bandwidth limit on your pics, and they show up broken when the bandwidth is exceeded, unless you don't have a pro account which costs money
