I just got back from Delaware and 2 sessions with Shane O'Neill. This is what was done the first session and it took roughly 6 hours:
I'll post pictures of session 2 tomorrow, once I can get some good pics. Today's work was Headless Linda's head in the vice (had to keep Freddie happy) and Henrietta locked in the cellar.
Unfortunately, Shane is booked until the summer and won't be at Hell City, so I'll have to wait until July or August to finish it. The last two pieces will be pages from the Necronomicon and Ash's severed hand flipping the bird, and then just some general background to tie the whole piece together. Sorry, Freddie, no room for Evil Ed -- he got the boot.

I got Linda's head in the vise instead of the dancing Linda. I couldn't get a really clear screen cap of that. I'm getting a couple of pages from the book as well as Ash's severed hand.
I'd also love to work in the background somewhere the word "Groovy."

Even though Evil Ed got the shaft, it's still a sweet piece! 
Have you considered doing Possessed Ash on the inside of the arm? something along the lines of....
The vortex from the end sucking in "The Classic" would be another great piece of iconography

Or just the Eyeball (complete with blurry-yet-still-visible rod)
Evil Dead 2 is a very icon-heavy flik. One could easily fill 2 sleeves and a bacjpiece with images from that (let alone ED1 or AoD)
