I'm new to tattoos so I have no idea how to separate the good artists from the bad artists, aside from the obvious. Could you take a look through Jay Wheeler's portfolio and give me some first impressions on his work? I've heard some really good things about him and I was referred from someone else on this site. Thanks for your time.
