Yeah, a digital photo of the in-store display with info on exactly where and when it was taken would help a lot. So this is not a Loves, but another store altogether?

The sale display in your photo says "Clipper". Is Clipper the name of the company that's selling these lighters? If that's the case, they more than likely won't be exclusive to Loves and you'd probably have a better chance trying to sue them, as they actually manufacture the lighters.
It's be like a guy breaking into your home, stealing your TV and selling it to his best friend. The best friend then takes said TV toa pawn shop, and gets arrested. While he, too, was in the wrong for selling stolen goods, he isn't the main thief in question, and that main thief is still out there stealing.

It sucks when things like this happen..
I remember (not as big of scale) but badtaste had some chick who badly copied her drawing and not only was saying it was her own creation, but was also saying badtaste copied her.

If anyone who runs across these lighters will buy a couple and send them to me along with the receipt, I'll gladly reimburse you for them, plus give you a little something extra for your trouble. I'm trying to build a case on how widespread this is. THANKS!
PS: Please make sure it's only the lighters with MY artowrk on them - see the photos previously posted in this thread.

hey matt (190327664854) this is an item number for your design being sold all over the world on ebay. there are tons of people selling these on there-mostly from isreal where they are popular. you look up that number and you will that exact design in the picture!!!

| My local Walgreens was selling the Ed Hardy style lighters only. I hope that is a plus...but I will continue to keep an eye for your designs. |

Hey MAtt the loves off I-10 and Wildhorse Pass in AZ does NOT have your lighters. Sorry it took so long there are reason I won't get into.
