|
|
Hello everyone. I got this tattoo on my right leg a couple months ago, and I like it, but I want it cleaned up and turned into more of a sleeve. Does anyone know of any biomech artists in south Florida? I'm looking for someone with a good reputation, and preferably somewhere between the Keys and Orlando. I'll need the artist to help me design something, since I'm very artistically challenged.
I'd also like him/her to help design something like this next tattoo, but a little more unique.
I'm hoping to have something together by April or so. Hopefully I can get both jobs done for $1500 or so, but if not, oh well.
There's so many ideas going on in my head of what I want, I've had to write them down and prioritize. Still working on ideas for a tattoo involving my family crest and something to symbolize my 8 family members. And the idea of a clock or something symbolizing how precious time is. Then there's the tattoo for my daughter, which I'll take time perfecting.
Man, this can get out of hand fast. It'd be so much easier if I was an artist. |

| Phill Holt at Redletter1 in Tampa is killer artist and awesome at all styles including biomech. However you should look at some of the top artists doing this style, it will open you eyes to this style and give you a ton of inspiration. Check out Guy aitchison, Aaron Cain , Ron earhart , Markus Lenhard. These guys are at the top of the biomech ladder. |

Thanks for the quick reply. Will definitley be looking Phil Holt up tomorrow, and researching his work. I looked at the galleries of the other artists quickly, and was very impressed. I was especially fond of Ron Earhart. I'll study them all more in depth tomorrow...it's way past my bedtime, and there's a beautiful woman in there. |

| Yeah, I personally think that looks horrible. Not so bad on the skill level but more of a poor design choice..also I think the kid went a little overboard and just made himself into a freak. |

You know, I like the concept of his sleeve. And the art is good. But something about it just looks...retarded. Maybe it's the canvas. Nothing that guy got done is tasteful.
By the way, I checked out those other artists, and man, I got so many ideas going now. I also looked into Phil Holt, and I think I'll make a trip up there in a couple weeks. He's got quite a reputation. |

Its the flow. It doesn't flow with his body like biomech should. _________________ "I suppose the clock itself will wear thin its time before I am ended at this altar of dying and dying again" |

| Could be the bad posture and the three hundred rivets sticking out of his face. |

Maybe he had his shoulders surgically removed. |
