the slapping hair pulling thing is easy to explain. A woman can have like 12-13 different kinds of orgasm. Clitoral, Vaginal, G-spot induced. There's a spot inside the ass, then there's multiple orgasms, 1 or 2 different kinds at the same time. Sometimes the woman wants some pain with her pleasure, hence the roughness or ass slapping.
As for chocking? Some of them find the oxygen deprivation to make thier orgasms harder. It's not like you're strangling them with both hands, it's a onehanded thumb across the throat thing. And its not done for long, just till thier face changes color and thier eyes bug a little bit. 
It must do something, because I've seen healty verile young woman reduced to shuddering shaking little dehydrated piles saying they're hands are numb and they can't see color. And I can say I've definetely never had an orgasm so hard I felt that way. So I'm almost somewhat jealous of the kinds of orgasms woman can have.

I understand those things, Malik, I think I was more referring to the slitting of a woman's throat...
((And the last paragraph of that? Well, I'd say that that doesn't really sound like a good experience... I'd like to keep what little sanity I have, otherwise, I'll be painting pictures in different shades of blood.))
And orgasms are not just sexual... and I personally find that there are better orgasms than sexual ones (but I've never really had a sexual one... well... I think I did, once...).
