| how old do you have to be to get a tatoo without your parents consent in connecticut?also...is there any websites that i can write to artists and ask them to make me a spcific tattoo?i have certain ideas but i want an artist to put them together to form a crazy tatoo.if any one has time to answer me please do so.thank you |

You must be 18 to get a tattoo without parental consent anywhere.
When you meet that requirement, take the ideas to the tattoo artist and have him/her do the artwork. |
