So I'm pretty burned out on whats available on streaming Netflix right now. Anybody have any good documentary suggestions. I dont really care much the subject matter if its well done and current and moves.

The one I'll suggest to anyone is called "When We Left Earth". Its a 6 part documentary of the entire space program inception to current. Well done. I learned more about the space program inn 6 hours than I knew from living through it. Real tale of like American pride and determination. Best thing I've seen so far on there. Amazing like bravery/craziness those original astronauts had... It's amazing that we didn't loose 1000's of people before we got one back from space, let alone one...

Anybody got any suggestions of anything good. I've watched a ton of the pot docos, the food docos, been trying some music industry ones lately. I watched once called "I need that record" the other night that was pretty good too..

Also thought "I like killing flies" was worth the watch. Bout a crazy guy running a dive diner in Grenich Village. Was interesting...

"Be Here To Love Me: A Film About Townes Van Zandt" is a beautifully made film of a man who was truly about the music.

how do y'all stream netflix???

i bought this ROKU box and stream directly to hte tv...

an added benifit is that they have a channel store and are connected with streaming sites other than netflix,

some of them are free or a small charge,,,,,i think i paid $5 for a 1 year subscription to one of them....

the two i use mostly are pub-d-hub and drive-in classics........

i also stream pandora right to my stereo without going thru the computer.....

best thing since sliced bread......

I use an apple TV that my ex got me. Upside was it would stream from apple devices in the house. Downside is she took all the other apple devices..

Hell, most new DVD players stream Netflix...

I recommend "Exit Through the Gift Shop," the Banksy documentary. It's a really cool look at the use of space, art, graffiti, etc.

Also, I don't know if this one is on Netflix or not, but "Born into Brothels" is amazing, it's an incredible look at the life of prostitutes in Calcutta, India, and the stories of their children who live there, how they survive and in some cases thrive despite so much hardship. It's truly fascinating, touching, and inspiring.

You always have the option of watching TV show series / episodes back to back. Maybe run a DEXTER marathon Smile

(Gotta love DEXTER, everyone's favorite serial killer)
