just curious if anyone does anything crafty? like knit, metalwork, sculpture, bird houses etc. you get the idea.

Not much, i knit for my church and I make homecoming mums and garters as well as hair bows, girly shit like that. I have two girls that are both cheerleaders and an 18 year old stepson that takes 3 girls to homecoming, I have to make it myself or go broke!

I build and play cigar box guitars and host an annual cigar box instrument festival which was the subject of a PBS documentary in 2007 called "Songs Inside The Box"
I also do fine art, painting mostly in watercolor. I've had several gallery showings, including one-man shows and recently received a patron's award for the watercolor below, at a national juried watercolor society show.
