| It's going to be an mma fighter with his hands by his side, I don't want him to be in his stance. It's going to be going down my rib cage. I know I definitely wanna get an mma fighter down the rib cage but as for any additional details that would make it look better anyone have any suggestions? |

Add pitbulls and a chain link fence in the background. A barbwire and some indian warrior feathers would perk it up. Also throw in a spartin helmet above it all with Mono Abel above it.

Honestly, the whole concept just sounds incredibly gay and lame. You are going to have some random MMA dude tattooed down your ribcage? Here are my immediate thoughts:
1.) It is kinda gay.
2.) MMA is SOOOO overdone and played out right now it is not even funny. Everyone thinks they are an MMA badass or knows someone who is an MMA badass.
3.) Sounds very juvenille, like a tattoo an 18 year old would get and then regret 10 years later.
4.) Seems very boring. Even if you had a world class artist do the tattoo (doubtful), it would still be just some random "MMA dude" on your torso.
5.) The ribcage is one of the more painful spots of your body to get tattooed. Make it something worthwhile.
Again, these are just my opinions, but you asked for input. |

Well I definitely want to get a tattoo that represents the amount of time and sacrifice I've put into training to become a fighter. I've been training for the past two and a half years and have basically no social life because of the sport because I spend all my time in the gym. I'm training to become pro so I definitely want to have something relating to mma on my body because it is what defines me. I don't care that mma is the current fad, I know for a fact this sport is going to be with me for the rest of my life.
I thought having a fighter down the ribcage would be a little juvenile/simplistic, just looking for ideas on how to put a more artistic spin on it. Or any tattoo relating to mma really. |

I love mixed martial arts, and was probably winning grappling tournaments and boxing when you were still shitting your pants. I understand what you are saying about training but take it from me man. Your idea is gay as fuck. There is absolutely know way to make this cool. If you must get a martial arts tattoo; Rep your camp. If you are a legit fighter from a legit camp you will understand. If not, just go for the barb wire idea. The only thing worse than a "tough guy" is a tough guy with gay ass tough guy tattoos. Not only will your friends and training partners think its cheesy, so will chicks.
