One of the shops down the street from me, Art Machine Production (Tim Pangburn's shop), had a first friday show last night. The theme was old-school video games.
I'm no artist, but I thought it would be fun to paint something to see if I could get it in the show. I got it accepted, and it even sold! I was not expecting that, so I was pretty stoked 
So here it is, my masterpiece  , "Princess Peach Rock of Ages"

Pretty easy, he greeted me when I walked in to drop off the painting and we talked for a bit while I filled out some forms. Seems like a nice guy, real personable. 
As far as getting work from him? His stuff isn't really my style, so I didn't ask, but I'm pretty sure he's not accepting new clients for the rest of the year. So who knows how long until you actually get tattooed.  |

Way ahead of you my man
Myke does work out of that shop, but is only there a few days a month. He's moved to Asheville NC and lives there 3 weeks a month. He's only scheduling appointments for conventions now, and has Philly booked well into 2013. I got lucky and jumped on a cancelled appointment.
Earlier tonight I just saw that my arm is in Tattoo Artist Magazine in a Myke Chambers spread.
