| My artist has a cancellation for tomorrow so I jumped on it, and wondering if I jumped too soon, since I've got one of those change-of-season colds. He's got a waiting list of about two months...and I'm booked in Nov 1 to finish up my back piece. What do you guys think, should I just wait it out and get over this nasty cold, or dope myself up on Tylenol Cold and Flu, and just go for it? Will the pain be that much worse? I started this piece over a year ago now and want to get 'er done!!! |

| i think that, regardless of how well you can hide the symptoms etc, that it is unfair to the artist to get tattooed when you know you're sick. be thankful that you have another appointment coming up soon and get 'er done nov 1st. |

| Good point! Why didn't I think of that? I stayed home from work today so I wouldn't get my students and coworkers sick, after all. Thank you. |

I tried to wuss out of an appointment with that excuse once and he made me whear a mask.
