Let me know what you think! Inherited my pop-pop's Harmony guitar (popular in the '50s), so it's a concept i designed to remember him and to remind myself to keep grounded. I'm an avid musician myself, playing in bands throughout college and whatnot.

I appreciate it man! Yeah I was thinking about where I should get it, and the artist had the idea of having it go with the flow of the downward spiral of the tricep/upper arm

I appreciate the feedback! Yeah the Japanese waves in the background were the artist's idea, I'm assuming he has a better idea of what he wants to do with it.
It'll be in color, and this isn't the final sketch either, but I'm looking forward to seeing what he has in mind with those waves.

Thanks for the responses everyone, i love this beast.
Like i said, I just wanted to pay tribute to my pop-pop. I inherited his guitar when he passed last year, and wanted something a little more badass than just a guitar (you can connect symbolism to my pop-pop being my anchor too since i was close w him).
It's actually the guitar that was used by his uncle Danny Cedrone who played with Bill Haley and the Comets on the solo for the Happy Days theme song lol.
At any rate, I appreciate the feedback, positive and negative, I just love this piece.
Skipped out on the waves, until I know that I'm 100% comfortable with the background layout. Also, the white specs on the anchor piece are tough to see but are amazing looking in person, as well as the wood grain detail in that top cork piece.
