Etiquette of taking someone's custom design to another

Bear with me - I know this sounds like BAD etiquette. But there's a relatively new tattooist working on me who has done a great design on paper, and even then reworked it to my specs. The execution on my skin is really shoddy though, so bad I could wind up on a Shit Tattoos website. Lines aren't straight or even in their depth, for instance. I don't want to post a pic or identify the artist. But I feel I should take their design to someone else for the remaining sessions. What do you think? He would keep my deposit and I have already paid for three sessions.
Thanks, Buckwheat. Okay, this is a section of it. I'd like to add that I've been getting tattooed for 20 years and the others are beautiful flowers and birds.
The tattooist is blaming too much blood for this, mixing with the ink. Fair comment?

Here's another shot. It's next to an existing tattoo of a bird.

Sounds like his problem, not yours. Sounds like he needs to learn better technique..Damo_Damo wrote:Yeah, he said I bled really heavily (a first for me if that's true) and it was mixing with the ink and making it hard to see what he was doing.
