I'll start this show:

500 gazillion bjillion dollars

But, seriously, go see your artist to get a quote.

Depends on which part of the country you live in.

Depends on the artist.

Depends on size. (you can't just come into a shop and say I want this, this size etc...) the reason behind that is because it might not go with your bodies lines.

Anyone can throw out numbers but you need to take this drawing to your favorite artist and ask him/her this exact question. You don't have to be nervous or scared. Just tell them you're portfolio shopping and want to know about how much to bring, when YOU do decide to get it done.

At $3.00, the artist would barely be covering his costs...

Alright... Since you asked. I think it would translate into a terrible tattoo. I will preface it with the fact that the person that drew it has 100X the drawing ability that I will ever have, but:

The lion animal thing just doesnt look right for one. Kind of disproportionite, like the head is too big or something.

The hair doesnt really look right and is too much dark.

Too much lion, not enough snake...

Alot of things.. I just don't like it, right when I first clicked it, I that was my reaction. Sorry

I think it would make a good tattoo idea, BUT, i myself do not
like the look of the lions head/face and mane either.
Is that suppose to be a real lion or some type of mythical lion :?:
I personally would also feature the snake more in the tattoo.
But, its your tattoo
Just giving my honest opinion...

Typically, tattoos are free and you just tip what you think is appropriate. Kind of like drinks at a casino. It's a gesture, but it's not required.
