Ah okay. I've gotten high several times, but I have to admit, I like drunk a whole lot more. Right now thinking of it makes me dizzy...

High is better WHILE drunk. One time a friend of mine got high, and then we were hanging out in the dorm watching futurama and somehow decided that since "noun" is a noun, then "verb" should be a verb... we ended up writing "I'll verb your noun!!" on our friend's door. It was not one of our most intelligent moments... but I still giggle thinking about how ridiculous it was.

No, not sure... Are you just highliting it then right clicking and cutting or clicking edit copy, or doing Ctrl-C? Does it appear right when you paste it, but switch to asteriks when you submit the message, or does it appear as asteriks right when you paste it?? Try to paste the same thing into a word document or notepad and see if it pastes right... Need a bit more infor to work with here.. Is it just text you are trying to copy?

Fear not, we can work through this.. Very Happy

figured out what the problem was (I think). I was doing the normal highlight, copy stuff... then when I pasted it, it only pasted an asterisk. But here's the thing: My brother wanted to show me a tattoo design earlier today, it was some tattoo johnny tribal junk. So he sent me the link, and I opened the page, and I usually open things in tabs and forget about them... so I guess Tattoo Johnny prevents you from copying and pasting ANYTHING, in ANY window (tried the forum, myspace, my mailbox...), while it's open. Once I suspected that Johnny was the culprit, I closed the window and everything's been fine since... but I don't understand how a website can do that? I even used explorer instead of my usual Mozilla and it STILL did it... Is Tattoo Johnny giving my computer herpes?!

I'm not a web programmer, so I cant tell you really how they do it(a little googling would explain the code required), but I can tell you its not hard.. If you want to copy shit off those pages, just hit "Print Screen) then copy it into paint and crop and save it....

This has been your computer nerd free tip of the day...

Yeah lol I know that trick - but it wasn't that I even wanted anything off of that. My bro sent me the link so I had the window open. But yeah, computer programmers are crazy people... I have spam in my mailbox that was sent June 2015... now they're harassing me from the future!

I gotta agree with rather be high than drunk, unfortunately the company I work for does random tests......and while I could, yes, find another job that doesn't I'm happy being a functioning alcoholic.;......

That being said, I'm still the biggest advocate of legalizing all drugs. Weed, coke, meth, you name it.....am I bit extreme? Of course but that's what comes with being a Libertarian.

A lot of it probably is psychological, like you said. But wow, a baby with no epidural... you're something else! Very Happy A tattoo will be a breeze to you - in comparison to the former, it might even feel like eating little pieces of rainbow Laughing

re: the 8 homebirths, a very brave woman indeed and lucky!

My first kid had some trouble after she was born and spent some time in a baby icu so i would have never been brave enough to deliver at home........

and I totally dont beleive in women that get the epidural the moment they arrive at the hospital, and there are lots of c sections these days because of that mentality. (let me get out my flame shield right now LOL )

maybe this falls along the lines somehow of the tattoo pain, kind of like a badge or rite of passage, i dont beleive that women should suffer in agony to have kids but sometimes women are too quick to get medicated and not let the process happen the way is supposto.. honestly when its over its over....

ok im totally off topic now and climbing down off my soapbox.... LOL Wink
