What she did was wrong, and I dont think she should get any special treatment. She screwed up, so she needs to face the consquences. Why should she get special treatment??

The judge plain doesn't like her.
She sucks and should be punished but IMHO 45 days in regular jail is WAY more then she needed for THIS crime.
It most likely is karma though because we all know she's done much worse and now it's catching up with her.

| Yeah she claims she's being treated more harshly because of who she is... well GOOD! She's in the public eye, which unfortunately means that a lot of young girls view her as a role model (god help us all), so she SHOULD be treated more harshly. If she gets away with it, all the little schoolgirls thinks it's okay. |

We agree on the outcome but for different reasons. KARMA is mine...she's done a lot worse in her day and never got caught...it's time to pay the piper
