| I'm 17 and my father is willing to bring me to get a tatoo that i've wanted for over 3 years. can anyone help me-- i dont know if its legal in my state (MN) to tatoo minors WITH parent signature, so will i have to go to wisconsin or Iowa? |

| Not sure about the laws in Wisconsin or Iowa, but in Missouri, with your parent signing for you, you can be tattooed. |

I know there is at least one place in minnesota that tattoos minors with parental consent...so I'm assuming it's at least legal...
depends on the shop though...
