I think that's a relatively old tattoo. I think I seen this one years ago... I think its cool. A naked dude with is wiener swingin in the wind is silly lookin... Unless you're a Calvin Klein model with a porn star hammer, I say this is an improvement.

I've actually heard the pain with piercing, tattoos, etc in your dick is less bad than most guys would like to believe it would be.
I knew a guy that had to take a shot in his dick when he wanted to get a hard-on. Said once you got over the psych of it, it was painless,and he said he still had perfect feeling in his equipment.
