yeah, i'm a retarded newbie here.
i had a recent death of a grandmother, i've been planning my 1st tat now for a while, and now this occured. she meant it all to me, so i was curious as to...
what type of "grandma" emblem would be original (yeah, it's an oxymoron and asking for something original is stupid) as to say having it wraped around a cross, two hands praying, etc...
and do any of you have these 'family/loved one' types of tattoos. |

This one would only need slight modification:

But more seriously, do you have a family crest you could use?
If your grandmother had a favorite type of flower, for example, that would make for a tattoo that looks good and has a special meaning to you.
A Google image search will also turn up loads of religious tattoos that you can have modified by a tattoo artist. |

just a thought... although she'd have to be cremated... i don't mean to say that with any dis-respect either. _________________ Tragidy Strikes With Another D3adKl0wn |

you could also think of something that you associate with your grandmother, like knitting needles...maybe she had a distinctive pair of reading glasses...or maybe if she liked to cook ,you could use a chef's hat and wooden spoons...and wrap the item with a banner and her name. maybe put some "holy" sun rays shooting out around it.
Just an idea. |

That is seriously disturbing. First off, that's a girl??
Secondly, she didn't realize how big the tat was until she looked in the mirror? It's on her arm for crying out loud! All you do is glance to your right and there it is.
I have nothing to offer on topic. Sorry. _________________ --Jessie
