Soo...
I was on vacation for a few days and decided to finally do something that I've wanted to do since I was young!!
I GOT MY LIP PIERCED!
I love it =)
It's kinda annoying to eat with because of the long bar they put in.. but the guy said I could go smaller after 2 weeks =)
I snapped a picture.. but my hair is messy =(

Quick question: is the skin on the inside of your mouth supposed to hang over the flat end of the bar?

No. Give the bar a turn now and then, as well as rock it back and forth, make sure the skin is clear around its back. The skin WILL try to grow over it, and I know a good chunk of people who've had to have it removed by a physician because the skin enclosed it. I've had mine for almost four years now and it STILL does that.
Also, to S Barrett, it's a bad idea to get it pierced with a ring, I've heard some people will do it though. I pray you didn't do it yourself though. Self piercing = bad. Always.
And one more thing, Cyno, I likes your messy hair.
