Not cool enough to work there. You should have said:

hey youz need an extra man, or extra ideaz. i'll help yaz.

Ya see, when you use a z at the end of words like tattooz, it makes everything SO MUCH cooler.

Hmmmm. Well, I hope you don't take offense to this, but a portfolio is a bunch of loose drawings, put in a book, so they are all together. You can go to any art supply store in the world, or even Wal-Mart and buy such a book.
That being said, it begs the question:
If you didn't even know that, do you really think you are ready to learn to tattoo??
For your purposes, here, scan these drawings in, and show us some of them. That is what would be called an "electronic portfolio".

sorry
today i'm hav'in a very bad day, and things aren't clicking the way they're suppose to. look, i'm still liv'in wit my parent's, and they're supporting me. so basically, all i get to do is sit around the dam house and do nothing. don't worry i didn't take offence to it, i wuz a little embarassed. i'm one of those poor people who don't have the high tech stuff so i'll try and find a way to get the stuff to ya. i know an old friend who has a scanner so it's gonna take a while. is there anything else i should know. i know this may sound a little corny, but i get my ideas off of other tattoos that i see, and i kinda mold them into what i like more.
i'd like to stay and talk more but i got a project that i am working on... for me to get a freak'in job and some cash. that's one of the reasons why i'm trying to get a little recognition and my stuff up for sale. Wink

Ya gotta do what ya gotta do. No problem, there. It's good you are experienced at being poor...because in the beginning, that's how most tattooists live. Hope you have some decent Ramen noodle recipes! Laughing

Let's be honest...it sucks. They shouldn't be tattooing. The studio is all wrong, and the "art" is sub standard. They are exactly the reason people should apprentice under a reputable artist.
