So I'm thinking pretty seriously about finally getting my first tattoo. I want to do a half sleeve with a music theme and I want a lot of bright colors. I've been researching artists in my area (live in Omaha, go to school in Lawrence, KS) and I think I found one I like, but I was wondering if some of you could take a look at his work and tell me what you think. Also, if you know any artists in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa who might be good at something like this, I'd love recommendations. Thanks.

Here's a link to his portfolio...

Personally, I think his work looks pretty decent. Definately an old school flair to it.

good luck

Josh is decent but I actually like Jason's and Mel's shit better. Mel has done work on a few of my friends. Just cause she's a she, don't get turned off...most of her best work isn't on that site for some reason?
Again, Jason is pretty good too.
Lots of shops in that area though, lots!!!
