I have "Imagine" Across my shoulders and that didnt hurt horribly bad. It sucked, but i never once wanted to stop.
could i take the pain of a rib tat?
I have a pretty high pain tolerance, thanks |

I don't have personal experience on the pain level of a rib tattoo, or any tattoo for that matter, but people here would probably say that the ribs is one of the places that ranks high up on the list of the more painful locations to get a tattoo. With that in mind, and the fact that you say you have a pretty high pain tolerance, I'm sure you'll survive. Others have.
edit: But it all depends on a whole range of attributes and thus might be hard to gauge the actual outcome. Everyone is different, and will have a different experience. |

| NO.... a tattoo on your shoulders is nothing, it doesnt even hurt that bad... if you want to get a tattoo on your ribs go for it, but no one here can tell you if youll be able to stand it |

| just eat lots of junk food so you get fat all over and around your ribs and then once you are healed, lost the weight. problem solved. |

| I had 2.5 hours of outline done a month ago and 2.5 hours of coloring a week ago, all on my ribs. I have probably 4.5 coloring to go. It hurts. I took some vicodens and it still sucked just as much. Having my spine tattoo'd hurt more, but thats just me. It's not going to kill you... |

I think the same, Ribs was cake compared to halfway down the spine!
