Yes booze will fix that little sobriety problem you have. No seriously congratulations on your sobriety. _________________

| I remember hearing a story years back about a guy who got some laser removal done on his back. He boarded a plane right after. I guess his back kept cooking and stunk up the plane. |

Flying right after a backpiece tat should be no problem, unless of course your backpiece is an underwater scene, in which case you might want to decompress for 72 hours before flying. That nitrogen buildup is a bitch. _________________ Matt Crunk

Scabbing, if it happens, will happen after a few days, not immediately. It may not even scab at all. My first tattoo scabbed a lot, but my last one only very little. _________________ "The creation of mankind was the act of an egomaniac, plain and simple"

Are you talking about a tattoo on your back (<8hrs) or a back piece (~40hrs)?
A 'tattoo' shouldn't be a problem. If you get tattooed 8 hours a day for 5 days straight then you're going to be near dead anyway. A ride on a plane will be the least of your concerns.
Don't say back piece if you are talking about a tattoo on your back -- completely different things. |

also depends on what kinda work you get. some work is more likely to scab than other. if you use 30 different blends to do a part of a face, it will scab more likely than if you used 3 blends.
but as a general rule, a tattoo should have very minimal scabbing. _________________ ---------------------- |

Its all black and gray with a shitload of shading. I don't know what a blend is. Sorry pretty fucking dumb when it comes to the ink words. |

Thanks, it will be four years. I didn't want to be one of those people that get inked after 3 months of clean time and when I had no Idea what the fuck I was doing in life. |
