| im getting my first tattoo this weekend. whats the price range in cali for a 2 and a half inch diameter tat of a screaming face w/ a peace sign in the mouth? how do i know if a place is safe or clean? how do i know if the artist is any good? and any other help would be AMAZING thank you so much |
