I'm 17. I'm in Arkansas visiting family, and I'd like to get a tattoo. Does anybody know how old you have to be to get a tattoo here with parent permission?

Sounds like you need written consent and that parent present at time of tattooing as well.

But you can't always believe everything you read on the interweb.

Call a local tattoo shop and ask them.
