Have you thought about trying to hook up with Grime? (www.grimemonster.com) He does some really nice tradional styled stuff and I can just imagine how he would make that Kitsune the most badest one out there.
He is so rad but I wanna get trad jap style and Grime is a little freaky
Javi Castano is rad - http://www.myspace.com/javicastano
a little similar to grim

Grime is indeed a freaky mofo. And I understand completely that you want to get traditonal and not something that is similar. Horitomo is a great choice for that.
Javi is cool. Have you seen Theo Mindell's work?

Tell me about it. Fucking itching to get tattooed after seeing something like this. And man, its not like your collection would suck either!hgiles wrote:Great thread guys!!! Raijin, I am jealous of your work, my man -- really good collection. And I don't say that often! No need to compromise now. Stay with the cream of the crop.
Makes me want to get some new shit!!
I hate both of you
I waited until I was 32 to even get a tattoo - I spent years waiting to get cash and time available and really reserached...I have plans for a lot more work...
Great work means waiting more than anything and I just keep at a steady pace to get it all done...

That is one of my main concerns. Keeping that steady pace. Im worried that when I start the tattoo, then there might be months, even years between the appointments if dont have enough cash...raijin wrote:I waited until I was 32 to even get a tattoo - I spent years waiting to get cash and time available and really reserached...I have plans for a lot more work...
