Had my 1st session today for my japanese 1/2 sleeve. We got off to a late start so 75% of the outline is done. Need to go back for maybe another 2 hours to finish that off. I left the house today not really knowing what I was gonna end up with, only a vague idea and I resisted the urge to try and push the artist into a certain direction. I told him to let it flow and do what ya' want...and I'm glad I did.
He suggested doing the hanya in black/gray with red highlights and the cherry blossums in red/pink/white. There will also be a peone (sp) on the chest plate...not sure about the color yet. Suggestions?
Next session will be inner arm and chest plate outline. I think it's gonna be sick.
I'm gonna make you guys wait a little bit:) I can take off the bandage in a couple hours. Will post pics then....

| It's gonna be a while. My next appt. is Sept. 21 and another on Oct. 18. He's super busy....I guess that's a good thing. |
