Thanks...my artist suggested doing the mask B/G with red accents but I'm afraid the red/B/G hanya with red/fusia colored cherry blossums and peone (possibly red) is a bit too much.
I'm thinking this will be my final color palette...Bronzed/light brown mask, red/fushia blossums and orange/red peony with green leaves would give great contrast with the traditional black incorporated within. Oh yeah...lol |

I like the colours you're chosing to use as well, I would personally go all black and grey but then again it's not my tattoo.

It looks awesome, I love traditional Japanese tattoos and this has potential to be one of the better ones.
I think the bronze idea on the mask, the red would be a bit much I think... |

It's not my first one. I have 3 others. It was 3.5 hours total studio time but only 2 hours actual needle time. The first 1.5 hours was getting the stencil the right size and positioning along with some Sharpie action.

AW, that looks great! I am jealous! That is a good shop you are going to with a great group of artists! You should be proud. Really nice!
Do you mind sharing the rate? You can PM me if you're comfortable with that. The reason I ask is because I was thinking of going out to that area to get some more work. Just need to know what the top guys are charging out there. |
