hey guys i was wondering if i could have some advice. i started a back piece a while ago but after getting the outline done i didnt have time to get the rest done. i could just have it coloured in black but i want something a little more fancy aka feathers.

| I think if you went to the right artist and gave them enough leeway with the outline you could turn this into a pretty cool tribal style. Just a thought.... I know tribal is a bit over done... but this could be unique and it would adapt well to it. |

I would suggest finding a kick ass artist and letting him go to work and all but cover that up. I wouldnt show up with less than $2500 to make this happen. Seriously. I dont know what I'd do with what you have going. You really need to think out what you really want, then find a much higher quality of artist to apply it.
