I plan on getting this new Tatt and I have had some people say the white in the flag will not show up, it will look flesh colored, is that correct?

the darker your skin, the darker the white is going to look.
i'd skip the flag idea and just get the middle done with a nice banner.
p.s. dilated is decent. check that new evidence album if you haven't.

I like the IDEA, but the design is pretty weak. The skull's too small, the flag's too flat, etc etc etc. That said, if you take this to an artist as a reference image, he/she SHOULD be able to whip you up a bad-ass piece based on it.
