my husband and i were talking about getting tattoos. Our first anniversary is coming up in a few weeks and i have thought about getting a tattoo for that special occassion but not sure of what i want...ive thought of 2 hearts..our names things like that can anyone give me other ideas ....

I recommend using pet names rather than real names when getting a permanent tattoo. Sometimes relationships aren't forever but tattoos are!
When I first met my husband 11 yrs ago I had given him the pet name "HoneyBear". So rather than putting "his name" on the tat, I am getting a tat of Winnie the Pooh Bear designed with my husbands pet name "HoneyBear" inscribed to surprise him for our 10th anniversary next week.
Just an idea, hope it helps.

maybe you can get half of a heart and he can get the other half that way if god forbid anything does happen you can get the other half filled in and have a whole heart... thats just the first that pops into my mind cuz i always tell my fiancee that he has my heart with him no matter where i am.....
maybe you can find a symbol that represents y'all as a couple

I've seen couples who've had wedding bands tattooed on... also several who have matching... whatever's (anything you both like).
Also, just tattooing something that's special towards that person... |
