i went az for the hellcity convention. we got in around 1030pm or so and it was 98deg outside. that is just insane to me. but i hear the az winters are where its at.

The whole month of August was high this year. Four record days in a row. 119, 118, 118, and 117. With like 40 days in a row over 100.
it was pretty dead outside during the day. the cab driver said people usually stay inside during summer days. those numbers are insane! at least its dry heat. i cant stand when its super humid and super hot.
okay seriously, it's 64F in my house right now. i ran out of furnace oil while i was at work. i'm currently standing in the kitchen by the oven to keep warm. if you don't stop talking about hot weather, i'm gonna come there and stick my frozen foot up all your asses. _________________

One of my two cats, my older bitchier girl one, passed away monday. I had to take my other cat up to my GF's to live with her 3. I feel bad cause he's having a hard time adjusting. All he's ever known is my house and my other cat. Now in one day the other cat passes, and he gets moved to a whole new world. He's holding his ground against the others, but hes nervous and doesn't want to really come out much, and hasnt much acclimated to the other cats, or them to him. Hopefully I can put in some more time with them this weekend to get everybody on the same page. Rough week. _________________
