| Hey everyone, this is my very first post here, and I have just one question. I know that Tattoo Artists can't tattoo over scar tissue, such as if you were to cut yourself, etc. So my question is, can they tattoo over/around stretch marks? I want to get a tattoo close to the back of my neck, but I have some stretch marks there, and I want to know before I go in to ask. Thanks for your help! |
